Assemble & Connect wires

You can skip this section if you get a pre-assembled Bittle X.

Follow this assembly guidefor Bittle and Bittle X. Note that Bittle X uses the BiBoard, not the NyBoard. The different wiring is explained in the assembly guide on this page.

Bittile X comes with USB/Bluetooth/Wifi modules are built-in. There's no separate module needed.

The pre-assembled BittleX should have installed the latest firmware by its production date. You may proceed to Play with Bittle X.

However, if you want to update the firmware, you may use the following methods:

Use the Petoi Desktop App. No programming is involved. You can play with some preset modes.
If you have some programming experience or want to explore more advanced features, you can use the Arduino IDE. You will be able to modify the open-source codes for your new projects.
